Jonathan Strickland is the Founder & Principal of Immer Eleven, a business development and advisory company focused on building businesses, developing projects, creating partnerships, and advancing opportunities across marine, fisheries, Indigenous business, natural resources, food and seafood, and economic development.

His background spans business development, project management, marine operations, fisheries and aquaculture, GIS, Indigenous economic development, and organizational leadership. Over the course of his career, Jonathan has worked on projects ranging from business and investment development to vessel operations, partnerships, strategic planning, and the creation of new commercial ventures.

Jonathan’s approach is practical and opportunity-driven. He focuses on identifying where there is real potential, bringing the right people together, and helping move ideas from concept to execution. In addition to his work through Immer Eleven, he is actively involved in developing and operating businesses in the marine and seafood sectors.

Earlier in his career, Jonathan worked extensively in Indigenous economic development, experience that continues to influence how he approaches partnerships, business development, and long-term value creation.

Through Immer Eleven, his goal is to help build businesses and projects that are commercially sound, well connected, and capable of creating lasting economic impact.
